My wife in I have lived in west central Michigan most of our lives and are considering a move southward. We spent several weeks in the Hot Springs area in the early 90's in liked it very much. We have not been there in the heat of summer nor have we witnessed any of those Arkansas thunderstorms that always seem come up when the deep south is spoken of. Curious about land prices, enforcement of the building codes and the general mindset of people.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
