Janet Carpenter | Wednesday, March 05, 2003 - 11:56 am How about New Mexico are there too many military installations there to make it comfortable? I would love to hear from anyone in the state. |
Paula Devlin | Saturday, January 10, 2004 - 11:51 am As a NM resident, the first thing I will say is that it is a huge state, taking about 7 hours to drive across it. There is lots of room besides the areas around mil facilites. The thing that concerns me the most is water. It is not a place to rely on rainfall for gardens and the government is moving along with its plans to socialize and control that resource. |
Rex | Saturday, January 10, 2004 - 11:55 am I've often heard that New Mexico is one of the worst states in regard to political corruption. New Mexico wouldn't be for me. Maybe I'm wrong, but I can't see it ever rating as a top "safe places" choice in the future. |
Paula Devlin | Tuesday, April 27, 2004 - 09:11 pm Corruption??? Where on earth is not corrupt? Where are there politicians who are not controlled by the secret government? My current worry is that the illegals via La Raza will claim the southwest for Mexico and the east coast won't notice it's gone! Is there anywhere that has not lost control of its politicians and political process? |
