Do you believe this because you don't feel that Portland will be targeted with anything larger than a 1 Megaton nuclear bomb? Are there other good reasons? Do the hills in Beaverton afford one any protection from a larger nuclear blast? I currently rent in Hillsboro but would like to buy, and be smart about where I buy. |
