Monday, December 13, 2004 - 05:29 am Thanks, but no thanks, Mark. I'll bet if you were to poll most of us here, you'd find that the majority of Joel's readers much prefer the REAL Bible, usually the King James Version, to phony "New Age" corrupted versions. http://www.bartleby.com/108/

Monday, December 13, 2004 - 10:41 am I also prefer the King James version of the Bible for ordinary use. I personally consider the Martin Luther translation to be even more accurate, but difficult to use in discussions with non-German readers.

Tuesday, December 14, 2004 - 07:52 am For a historical analysis of the different bible translations G.A. Riplinger's New Age Bible Versions is probabbly the best source.. This book blew my mind about the Dark side's footprint and role in confusing Christians all over the world.. One major reason why the church is very weak in this country and why we are losing in these last days.. In one chapter the author cites a bible verse and what happens when persons delete or remove verses to produce the "new" bible translation.. Some of the well known bibles today that are sold in stores: guess what happened to those "enlightened" writers? All of them lost the ability to speak.. Their basically deaf!! Ted
